Digital Art Class – Google Drawings and Ted Harrison

This specialized art class is co-taught by myself and the teacher(s) who either utilized this LIVE or are coming back to use this as a REPLAY lesson. The premise is that we are wanting students to have some cross-curricular experiences:

• explore how Google Drawings has some powerful tools
• investigate how we can create digital art
• introduce ourselves to amazing Canadian artists
• use our creativity and curiosity to create a unique masterpiece

Use the video in your one hour art class. This is ideally made for grades 3-9 but can be used in other grades as you see fit. I teach the complete class for you as you support your students in the classroom.

Students will need their own laptops/chromebooks signed into the chrome environment. They will be using Google Drawings.

Ce cours d'art spécialisé est co-enseigné par moi-même et le(s) professeur(s) qui ont utilisé ce LIVE ou qui reviennent pour l'utiliser comme leçon REPLAY. La prémisse est que nous voulons que les étudiants aient des expériences transversales en école :

- découvrez comment utiliser les outils de Google Drawings
- étudier comment nous pouvons créer de l'art numérique
- nous présenter à d'incroyables artistes autochtones canadiens
- utiliser notre créativité et notre curiosité pour créer un chef-d'œuvre unique

Utilisez la vidéo dans votre cours d'art d'une heure. Ceci est idéalement conçu pour les grades 3-9, mais peut être utilisé dans d'autres niveaux comme vous voulez. J'enseigne la classe complète avec M. Cust pour vous pendant que vous soutenez vos élèves dans la salle de classe.
